I grew up in Dakota, Minnesota, a small town that sits along the Mississippi River. I attended Winona State University for two years after high school before I decided to study for the pastoral ministry. I graduated from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota in 2017. It was there that I met my biggest blessing, my wife Brittany, who originally is from Chesaning, Michigan. We were engaged in 2017 and got married about two years later. We have three children: Baby Theodore (who is with Jesus), Jonah (2), and will God-willing be welcoming a baby boy this spring.

After I graduated from Martin Luther College, I began my studies at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. Upon graduating from there in 2021, I was assigned to serve as a pastor for God's people here at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church. In my free time, I enjoy reading and playing basketball. I love to travel. Above all, I love encouraging people as they serve God with their God-given gifts. I am so blessed to serve and grow with God's people here in Grove City!
